Pass Kingdom is an independent digital learning and past question preparation platform developed to assist candidates in secondary and post-secondary educational assessments across Nigeria and the West African sub-region.
Statutory Examination Disclaimer: Pass Kingdom is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official partner of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), the West African Examinations Council (WAEC), the National Examinations Council (NECO), or Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE). All examination titles, acronyms, and syllabi referenced are the registered trademarks of their respective examining bodies, used solely for descriptive educational identification under Nigerian Fair Dealing and Fair Use legal exemptions.
All questions, solutions, simulations, and AI Master Teacher responses are provided exclusively for study, self-assessment, and academic revision. Pass Kingdom does NOT provide live or unauthorized examination materials ("runs/expo").
2. User Accounts & Platform Access
To access past question archives, CBT timed mock tests, and AI tutoring, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and maintain the security of your password.
- Accounts are strictly for individual student usage and may not be shared or resold.
- Automated scraping, bulk downloading, or crawling of question databases is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account termination.
3. Subscriptions, Pricing & Payment Processing
Pass Kingdom offers a free plan alongside Annual Pro at ₦14,900 / year (previously ₦19,000) and a ₦6,900 / six-month plan.
- Payment Gateway: All financial transactions are securely processed through Paystack, a certified PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateway. Pass Kingdom does not store banking or debit card credentials.
- Billing Cycle: Membership provides 365 consecutive days of unlimited platform access from the moment of payment verification.
- Refund Policy: Due to the immediate digital delivery of intellectual examination materials, subscriptions are non-refundable once unlocked and accessed, except in verified cases of duplicate billing or permanent technical malfunction.
4. Limitation of Liability
Pass Kingdom provides study materials "as is" and makes no express or implied warranty that platform usage guarantees specific scores or admission outcomes in official national examinations. Candidates are encouraged to study broad curricula alongside official syllabus guides.
